ELSIE DORA JARRETT Wife of Charles Edward Jarrett of R.D., Allegheny township, died at 11.50 o'clock last night at the home of her sister, Mrs. Bertha Trexler, 1431 Thirteenth avenue, after an extended illness. She was born in East Freedom on May 22, 1882, a daughter of Henry H. and Rebecca (Smith) Wilt, and was married to Mr. Jarrett on March 19, 1901, in Duncansville, by Rev. J. P. Benford. Surviving are her husband, three sons, Clarence Raymond and Ralph Norman of the city and Charles Henry of Detroit, Mich.; 10 grandchildren, one brother and one sister, Mrs. Trexler and Aden B. Wilt of Duncansville. Mrs. Jarrett was a member of the Hicks Memorial Methodist church, Duncansville, and of the Dr. Confer Bible class. Friends may call at the Trexler home. JARRETT - Funeral services for Mrs. Elsie Dora Jarrett, R.D., Allegheny township, will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2.30 o'clock at the Hicks Memorial Methodist church, Duncansville, in charge of Rev. Wagner. Interment in Carson Valley cemetery. Friends are being received at the home of her sister, Mrs. Trexler, 1431 Thirteenth avenue, Altoona. Director of funeral John P. Lafferty.
