Mrs. Amanda Johnson,

Wife of Albert A. Johnson, died of consumption on Saturday afternoon at 
the family residence, 404 Third avenue.  Deceased was born in Bedford 
county, March 10, 1863, and was aged 30 years, 2 months and 3 days.  
She is survived by her husband and five children, four brothers and 
three sisters.  One brother, George C. Hiner, and one sister, Mrs. Ida 
Sherman, reside in Altoona.  Mrs. Johnson was a faithful member of the 
Fifth Avenue Methodist church, a loving wife and mother.  The funeral 
services were held in the Fifth Avenue church at 2 o'clock this 
afternoon.  Interment in Oak Ridge cemetery.
