Martinsburg, Jan. 14. - Mrs. Jennie B. Johnson, wife of Druggist C. M. Johnson, died at her home at 6:45 Monday evening, of influenza after an illness of one week. She was born December 30, 1874, at McClellandtown, Fayette county, and was the daughter of John and Jane Moser. She was married on October 3, 1906, to C. M. Johnson; they resided at Clairton for two years where Mr. Johnson was employed as a chemist for the Carnegie Steel company. She is survived by her husband and three children, Gladys, Miriam and Gwendolyn; also one brother and two sisters as follows: Albert Moser, of McClellandtown; Mrs. A. N. Ross, of Messmore; Mrs. Porter McShane, of Ronco, Fayette county. Short funeral services were held at the home in Martinsburg this evening at 7 o'clock and at 8 o'clock tomorrow morning the body will be taken to the home of her sister, Mrs. A. N. Ross, of Messmore, where interment will be made in St. Joseph's cemetery near McClellandtown. Mrs. Johnson was a member of the Lutheran church of this place.
