HOLLIDAYSBURG HAPPENINGS.

  Mrs. Anna Vaughan Joplin, wife of Rev. George A. Joplin, former 
pastor of Duncansville Presbyterian congregation and who lately removed 
to Shelbyville, Ky., died in Pittsburg last Friday.  --?-- deceased, in 
addition to her husband --?-- three small children.  She was highly 
esteemed here as a lady who possessed many graces of character.  The 
remains were taken to Shelbyville, where the funeral will be held this 
afternoon.
