Jubelirer, 75, of 3261 Crossings Court, Bonita Springs, Florida, formerly of Altoona, died Tuesday, August 17, 2004, at his residence after an extended illness. He was the son of the late Judge Samuel and Darothy (Brett) Jubelirer. He retired as an attorney with offices in State College and Altoona. He graduated from Altoona High School, Penn State University and Dickinson School of Law. He enjoyed golfing and playing cards. Mr. Jubelirer is survived by a son, Dr. Brad Jubelirer and his wife Lori Sobel of Durham, Conn; a daughter Jayme Yellin and her husband, Jon, of Needham, Mass; a brother, Senator Robert C. Jubelirer and his wife, Judge Renee (Cohn) Jubelirer of Hollidaysburg; and five grandchildren: Nicole Jubelirer, Brian Jubelirer, Rachael Yellin, Sofie Yellin and Isabelle Yellin. Friends will be received from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. Friday, August 20, 2004, at Temple Beth Israel, Altoona, where funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. by Rabbi Burt E. Schuman. Interment will be at Mount Sinai Cemetery, Altoona. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the United Jewish Federation, the American Cancer Society or Hope Hospice, Bonita Springs, Fla.
