JOHN W. JUSTICE.

  John W. Justice, a former resident, died in Pittsburg of typhoid 
fever on Sunday.  The remains were brought to this city yesterday.  
The funeral will take place this afternoon at 2 o'clock.  Interment 
in Fairview cemetery.
