DEATHS OF CHILDREN.

  Herbert M., son of William and Margaret Kearney, died at the home of 
the parents, 2107 Fifth avenue, at 4 o'clock yesterday afternoon, of 
spinal meningitis, aged 2 years, 4 months and 1 day.  The funeral will 
take place Wednesday afternoon.  Services to be conducted in St. Luke's 
Episcopal church by Rev. A. S. Wood at 3 o'clock; interment in 
Fairview.
