HARVEY KEITH Of 511 East Grant avenue, died at 10.45 o'clock last night at his home after an extended illness. Mr. Keith was born Oct. 8, 1869, in Jefferson county, Mo., a son of Alexander and Mary (Sorrick) Keith. He retired Jan. 12, 1938, as a machinist in the Juniata shops of the Pennsylvania railroad. He was twice married, to Elizabeth Stover, who died in 1937, and in 1938 to Edith Walstrom, who survives together with nine children, Mrs. Grace McKee, Mrs. Mary Bair, J. Earl, Fay A., Fred S. and Roy L., all of Altoona, and Wilbur H. of Naugatuck, all to the first marriage, and David A. of Altoona; one step-daughter, Beverly Woomer of Altoona; 17 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and one brother and one sister, E. M. Keith of Juniata and Mrs. Margaret Kritzer of Altoona. Mrs. Keith was the last charter member of Bethany Lutheran church. He also was a member of unit 6, Pennsylvania Railroad Retired Veterans association. Friends will be received at the Gilden- Barton funeral home after 7 o'clock tomorrow evening.
