Keith died at his home, 1429 Fourth avenue, Juniata at 10 a.m. yesterday morning after a few days' illness of pneumonia, following an attack of influenza. He was born May 4, 1876, the son of Theodore and Harriett Keith of Juniata. He was a yard brakeman and was a member of the United Lodge 174 B. of R.T., Juniata lodge of Odd Fellows 497, P.R.R. relief and was a member of the Methodist church. Surviving are his parents, his wife Rachel Gilmore Keith, four children, Roy, Ethel, Ora and Harriett, and the following brothers and sisters, John and William of Juniata, Mrs. C. L. Wallis of Huntingdon county and Mrs. G. M. Whitesel of Juniata and a half-brother, Elmer of Huntingdon. The funeral will be held Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock with Rev. Knisely in charge of the service. Interment in Logan Valley cemetery. Altoona Times, Altoona, Pa., Thursday Morning, October 24, 1918
