MARIAN E. KEITH

Marian E. Keith, 81, of Beverly Healthcare-Hillview, formerly of 
Roaring Spring RD, died Sunday afternoon, Sept. 24, 2000, at Bon 
Secours-Holy Family Hospital, Altoona. She was born March 15, 1919, in 
McKee, the daughter of Harvey and Jennie (Shaw) Boyer. She was twice 
married, first to Russell A. Stevenson, who died Dec. 25, 1972. She 
then married William E. Keith, who died May 20, 1997. She attended 
First Church of the Brethren, Roaring Spring. She is survived by a 
daughter, Carole D. Caldwell of East Freedom RD 2; a granddaughter, 
Pamela Eberhart of Hollidaysburg; a great-grandson, Kyle; sister, Ruth 
Corl of Imler; and brother, Wilbur of Leamersville. She was preceded in 
death by a son, Russell Stevenson Jr.; two sisters, Marie McMullen and 
Alma Burk; and two brothers: Jack and Melvin. Friends will be received 
from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today in the J. Gary Thompson Funeral Home, 
Roaring Spring. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in 
the funeral home by Pastor Kerry Feathers. Interment in Greenlawn 
Cemetery, Roaring Spring. Memorial contributions may be given to the 
American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association.
