MISS MARGARET F. KELCHNER.
  
  Miss Margaret F. Kelchner, a well known young woman of the Ninth 
ward, died at her home 2105 West Chestnut avenue, at 5.20 o'clock 
yesterday morning. Deceased was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George C. 
Kelchner, was born at Huron, S.D., and had practically resided all her 
life in the city.  She was a graduate of the Altoona High school, class 
of 1906.  She was a member of the Broad Avenue Presbyterian church and 
is survived by her parents, one brother, George C., jr., and a sister, 
Alice M., at home.  The funeral arrangements will be announced later.
