KELLEY Of 3000 Oak avenue died of heart trouble, following an illness of eight weeks, at his home last evening at 6.45 o'clock. He was born at Canoe Creek on Oct. 8, 1849, and had been employed as a coal miner for a number of years. He was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran church and is survived by two daughters: Mrs. E. W. Snavely and Mrs. O. C. Moorehead, both of Altoona. The following brothers and sisters also survive: Levi of this city, William of Sandusky, O., Alec of Coupon, Mrs. James Patterson and Mrs. W. Nagle of Lilly, Mrs. J. Rhodes of Newburg and Mrs. J. Nagle of Glen White. Seven grandchildren survive also. The remains will be taken to the home of a daughter, Mrs. F. W. Snavely, of 2909 Spruce avenue, from which place the funeral will be held on Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Interment will be made in the Collier cemetery.
