MARTHA J. KENNEY 
 
  Mrs. Martha J. Kenney, of Birmingham, died at 12:30 a.m. today at 
Tyrone Hospital, after an extended illness.  
  She was born May 5, 1905, at Altoona, a daughter of Lorenzo J. and 
Catherine Kooman Dively.  On Nov. 26, 1934, she was married to Lewis E. 
Kenney. He died Jan. 25, 1964. 
  Surviving are three sons and a daughter, Donald, of Apollo: Richard, 
of San Francisco; Karl, of Johnstown; and Miss Kathleen, at home: also 
five grandchildren and a brother and four sisters, Richard, of 
Hollidaysburg RD 3; Mrs. Kathleen Miller, Altoona; Mrs. Olive 
Hoenstine, of Savannah, Georgia; Mrs. Jeannetta Williams, of Altoona; 
and Mrs. Ruth Wagamon, of State College.  
  She was a member of the Birmingham United Methodist Church.  
  Funeral service will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at the Johnson Funeral 
Home, Tyrone, in charge of the Rev. Edward Fisher.  Burial will be in 
Presbyterian Cemetery, Birmingham. Friends will be received on Sunday 
at the funeral home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
