KENSINGER Well known resident of Clappertown, died at his home there this morning at 4.40 o'clock, death following a long illness attributed to a complication of ailments. He was the son of Ephriam and Catherine Kensinger and was born at Fredericksburg on Dec. 21, 1861. On June 15, 1883, he was united in marriage at Fredericksburg with Miss Lucy Treese, who survives, with the following children: Joseph Kensinger, Mrs. John Fry, Mrs. Adda Gorman, Mrs. Millard Isenberg, Mrs. Walter Hofer and Mrs. Harry Roberts, all of Williamsburg, Mrs. Cleve Detwiler of Royer, Mrs. William Geist of Martinsburg, Mrs. Sherman Tate of Vandergrift and Harvey Kensinger, at home, and twenty-seven grandchildren and a number of great-grandchildren. The body was removed to the Bechtel funeral home in Williamsburg and will be taken to the home of his son, Joseph Kensinger, on High street, Williamsburg, Thursday afternoon. Funeral services will be conducted in the Royer Methodist church Friday afternoon at 2.30 o'clock in charge of Rev. F. J. Beyer, pastor of the Hollidaysburg Church of the Brethren.
