John Keresey.

  This morning at 4:30 o'clock, John Keresy died of pneumonia, aged 58 
years.  The deceased was a single man and boarded with his brother, 
Timothy Keresey, at 921 Sixth avenue.  He was a boilermaker by trade 
and came to Altoona from Philadelphia in 1859, having resided here ever 
since with the exception of the time he spent in his country's service 
during the late war, during which he was a member of Co. D, 125th 
Regt., Pennsylvania volunteers.  He was a member of Branch 3, Emerald 
Beneficial Association.  The time of the funeral has not yet been set.
