MRS. JENNIE KERR

Of 5500 Kissell Avenue, died in the Allegheny Lutheran Home, 
Hollidaysburg, at 8:20 a.m. today.  She was born at Claysburg, December 
30, 1863, a daughter of Harry and Mary (Dibert) Fickes.  She was the 
widow of John L. P. Kerr, who died 40 years ago..  Mrs. Kerr was the 
oldest member of the First Lutheran Church and a member of the Brehman 
Bible Class. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Daisy ferry; a brother, 
Edward Fickes, and a sister, Elizabeth Fickes, all of Altoona.  Friends 
will be received at the Laughlin Funeral Home after noon tomorrow.
