KERSTETTER DIES IN HOSPITAL Mrs. Rose Emma Kerstetter, wife of Charles C. Kerstetter, of 801 7th ave., Juniata, died Wednesday at the Altoona Hospital where she was admitted on Sept. 4 after having suffered a fractured hip. Mr. and Mrs. Kerstetter celebrated their golden wedding anniversary Jan. 3. They have resided in Juniata for the past 40 years were members of the Juniata Presbyterian church. Mrs. Kerstetter was born Dec. 30, 1882, at Millheim, a daughter of Christopher and Sarah Keen Alexander. She was also a member of the U- Go-I-Go class, the Juniata P.O. of A. and Ioka council of Pocahontas. She leaves her husband and the following children: William R., of Pine Grove Mills; Woodrow C., of Bellwood; Mabel and Mrs. Genevieve Stahl, of Altoona: Mrs. Ina Marks and Mrs. Pearl Filer of Juniata; 12 grandchildren, two great grandchildren and one brother, Allen A. Alexander of Aaronsburg. Friends are being received at the Mauk and Yates funeral home, Juniata. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home, Juniata, by the Rev.
