Marie E. Kilmartin

  Marie E. Kilmartin, 69, of Apt. 403, Sylvan Circle, died Saturday, 
Jan. 9, 1993, at 12:45 p.m. in the Altoona Hospital after an extended 
illness.   She was born April 24, 1923, in Tyrone, a daughter of Nial 
and Martha (Hopkins) Holly.  She married Robert E. Kilmartin.  She is 
survived by a son and two daughters: Robert N., of Tyrone; Mrs. Jack 
(Nicola) Logan, of Van Nuys, Ca.; Mrs. Joseph (Christa) Collins, of 
Crosby, Tx.; and three grandchildren.  Also surviving are two sisters: 
Mrs. Eugene (Virginia) McNelis, of Tyrone; Mrs. Richard (Jeanne) 
Miller, Glen Burnie, Md.  She was of the Methodist faith.  She was a 
member of the National Chapter of the AARP.  She retired on disability 
in 1983 as a nurses aide at the Veteran's Home in Sylmar, Ca.  Funeral 
services will be held Tuesday, January 19, 1993, at 1 p.m. in the 
Feller Memorial Home with the Reverend Dale E. Parker officiating. 
Interment will be at Grandview Cemetery, Tyrone, Pa.  There will be no 
viewing.  Friends will be received Tuesday from 12 noon until the hour 
of service.
