KIMBERLING Mrs. Laura Lindsey Kimberling, formerly of Tyrone Forge, died Monday at 8:20 a.m. at the home of a son, Wilbur Kimberling, Sinking Valley, after a lengthy illness. She was born Feb. 4, 1880, at Piney Creek, Blair County, the daughter of Ambrose and Harriet Geesey Lindsey. She was married Jan. 25, 1906, to William Kimberling, who died in 1915. She is survived by four sons, Henry J., Frank H., both of Tyrone; William C., and Wilbur E., both of Sinking Valley; a son and a daughter preceded her in death. Also surviving are 15 grandchildren and two great grandchildren and a brother, James Lindsey, Cleveland, Ohio. She was a member of the Ironsville Methodist Church and of the Women's Society of Christian Service of the church. Funeral service will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Johnson Funeral Home. Burial will be in Grandview Cemetery. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. today and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow.
