MARY HULDA KIRKHAM Widow of Thomas Kirkham, died Sunday evening at 7.40 o'clock at the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Klyne Wilt, near Duncansville, after a lengthy illness. Death was attributed to uremic poisoning, which was aggravated by a fall, in which she was painfully hurt, at the home two months ago. She was a daughter of Sylvanus and Eliza J. Stiffler and was born at Canoe creek on April 28, 1869. On Jan. 14, 1902, at Hollidaysburg, she was united in marriage to Thomas Kirkham, who preceded her in death on Aug. 6, 1937. She is survived by four children, Fred E. Kirkham of Hollidaysburg, R.D., Paul T. Kirkham, Ruth L. Kirkham and Mrs. Mary H. Wilt, all of Duncansville; two brothers, W. Harry Stiffler of Duncansville and Charles S. Stiffler of Canoe Creek, and five grandchildren. She was a faithful member of the Duncansville Lutheran church and of the Women's Bible class of the Sunday school. Friends are being received at the Liebegott funeral home in Duncansville.
