KIRSCH Formerly of 718 First avenue, died at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Emma Morin of 305 Miltenberger street, Pittsburgh, at 1.20 o'clock yesterday afternoon after an extended illness. He was born at Nicktown May 1, 1867, a son of Simon and Anna (Grappensberger) Kirsch, and had been sexton of St. John's cemetery for many years before his retirement. He was a member of Mount Carmel Catholic church. His wife, Anna Dalton Kirsch, died June 7, 1941. Surviving are these children, Matthew P. of Juniata gap, Regis F. of Altoona, Sister Camilla of the Immaculate Heart Order, Holy Angels convent, Pittsburgh, Marcellus of Philadelphia, Robert P. and Mrs. Emma Morin of Pittsburgh, and Sister Marcellus of the Immaculate Heart Order, Holy Rosary convent, Syracuse, N. Y., and seven grandchildren, and a brother, Stephen Kirsch of Red Hill. Friends will be received at the N. A. Stevens mortuary after 7 o'clock this evening. Altoona Mirror, November 22, 1954
