MRS. AMANDA KLINE,

Wife of Mr. Simon Kline, died at her home, 2005 Fifth avenue, at 1 
o'clock this afternoon, of dropsy.  She had been ill since July 1. 
Deceased was born in Huntingdon county forty-nine years ago and has 
resided in Altoona for the past twenty-six years.  Besides her husband, 
she is survived by two sons, George and Lawrence, of this city, and by 
four sisters, Mrs. Joseph Markley, of Altoona; Mrs. William Craig, of 
Greenwood Furnace; Mrs. George Markley, of Pittsburg and Mrs. Ellis 
Shell, of Pittsburg.  She was a member of the Simpson Methodist church 
and was a noble Christian lady.
