Taken suddenly ill while visiting in the business section at 12.15 o'clock yesterday afternoon, Jacob Kline, aged 55, of Altoona, the well known Fifth ward meat dealer, died after being carried to the apartment of his son on Eleventh avenue. Death was due to heart failure. Mr. Kline spent the morning visiting his son and calling at several business places along Eleventh avenue and he was in apparent good health. Mr. Kline resided in Altoona for many years. He followed the butchering occupation since coming to Altoona and killed the beef for many butchers. He is survived by his widow and five children, including Jacob and Max Kline, of Altoona; Mrs. Rachael Brozgal, of Tyrone; Mrs. Julia Bohn, of Altoona, and Cecilia, wife of Abe Cottlieb, of Altoona.
