KLOCK 61, of Puzzletown, Duncansville RD 2, died unexpectedly at 2:22 a.m. today, May 24, 1980, in Mercy Hospital. Mr. Klock was a coal miner at Johnstown Coal and Coke, Mine No: 2. He was born June 22, 1918, in Portage, a son of Guston and Sarah (Woods) Klock, and Aug. 16, 1941, in Newry, married Ruth Eger. Surviving are his wife, nine children, Mrs. Mary Patricia Burgess of Wayne, Mich.; Mrs. Georgie Grieggs of Conneaut Lake, Mrs. Ruth Ann Mishock of York, Mrs. Helen Ulicne of James Creek, Daniel W. and John of Altoona. Michael of Duncansville and Virginia and Timothy, at home; 11 grandchildren and two sisters and a brother, Mrs. Margaret Stombaugh of Portage and Mrs. Ethel Gaston of Johnstown and Jess of Wilmore. Mr. Klock was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Newry. He was a World War II veteran, serving in the South Pacific Theater and was in the corps of engineers. Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday in the Haller, Funeral Home, Hollidaysburg. KLOCK - The funeral of George A. Klock of Puzzletown, Duncansville RD 2, will be held with a mass of Christian burial at 10 a.m. Tuesday in St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Newry, by the Rev. Julian K. Benson. Interment in St. Mary's Cemetery, Hollidaysburg. Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday in the Haller Funeral Home, Hollidaysburg.
