Mrs. Annie Elizabeth Krider died at the home of her son, H. Alton Krider, of 1418 Pennsylvania avenue, Sunday night from old age. Mrs. Krider had been in bad health for some time past, but recently her heart became affected and her friends realized a week ago that the end was near. She was a daughter of William and Levine Hunter, and was born in Warriorsmark valley on June 20, 1841. She was raised in that vicinity and on May 31, 1864, was united in marriage with Henry H. Krider. After residing at Warriorsmark for several years they moved to Buffalo Run, and came to Tyrone in 1891. Her husband preceded her to the grave on October 17, 1901. For over sixty years the deceased had been a member of the Methodist Episcopal church. She was also identified with the Women's Relief corps. Surviving are three sons: H. Alton and William M., of this place; Milton C., of Roaring Spring. One daughter died several years ago. She leaves no brothers or sisters. Funeral services will be held from the Krider home on Pennsylvania avenue tomorrow afternoon at 1:15 o'clock in charge of her pastor, Rev. G. M. Glenn, assisted by Rev. H. W. Bieber, pastor of the First Presbyterian church. The remains will be taken to Warriorsmark, on the 2:30 o'clock train and interment made in the old Baptist cemetery there.
