DEATHS OF A DAY.

BARNEY KUSNER.

Barney Kusner, a prominent clothing merchant of Patton, died at the
Spangler hospital at 6:25 o'clock Thursday morning following an
operation for appendicitis, performed Tuesday.  He was aged about 45
years and formerly resided in this city.  He was married to Miss Rose
Reese, of Altoona, fourteen years ago, who survives in addition to the
following children:  Dessie, Harry, Leonard, Esther, Rose and Herbert,
all at home, and the following brothers and sisters:  Jacob Kusner, a
clothing merchant of Bellwood; Samuel Kusner, and Mrs. H. Blankshed,
both of Derby Conn.; Mrs. Sarah Krizer, of Sheldon, Conn., and also by
his mother and one sister in Russia.
