The body was found by the crew of a freight, moving in the opposite direction. Deputy Coroner Chester C. Rothrock, who conducted an investigation, has decided that no inquest will be necessary, as the woman evidently was walking on the tracks, the body being found midway between two crossings, and it is believed that she was trespassing on the railroad property. Mrs. Kutarich was married on Saturday evening, to Paul Kutarich, of Claysburg, and they intended residing there, her husband being employed in the brick works. Just what caused her to be on the railroad, could not be learned, as she was far from her home at the time of the accident. The body was mutilated almost beyond recognition, the head being crushed, torso severed, right arm cut off, left leg broken and both feet terribly crushed.
