All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/pa/blair/ _________________________________________ Mysterious Death. - In Duncansville on Thursday evening, Millie Langham, a young lady, left the house of the family in which she was employed as a domestic, and went to the residence of her sister, in the immediate vicinity. She was in the enjoyment of her usual health. After reaching her sister's house she was taken sick. Although apparently in great bodily agony, vomiting terribly and exhibiting other alarming symptoms, she absolutely refused to have a physician sent for an persisted in declaring that she would soon be well enough. The family left her and the next morning she was found dead. She was buried on Sunday. The coroner was not notified. Evening Mirror, Altoona, Pa., Wednesday, January 24, 1877
