LAUFER Formerly of Park View Apartments, Harrisburg, died at 6 p.m. yesterday, Feb. 16, 1975, at Camp Hill Nursing Home. Mr. Laufer retired as a Dauphin County court stenographer. He was born June 17, 1898, in Duncansville, and married Fannie M. Hoffman, who died Feb 15, 1973. Surviving are two children, Frederick D. of Mechanicsburg and Mrs. Patricia Bair of York; three grandchildren, a great-grandchild and three sisters, Mrs. Maude Johnston of Butler, Mrs. Hester McCall of Baltimore, Md., and Mrs. Jeanette Nash of Conshohocken. Mr. Laufer was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Harrisburg, and the Men's Bible Class. He was also a member of Lodge 616, F&AM, Altoona; St. John's council 5, Royal and Select Masters, Carlisle; Zembo Shrine Temple, Harrisburg, the String Band and the Luncheon Club. Friends will be received in the Robert B. Fackler Funeral Home, Harrisburg, from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday in the Alto-Reste Burial Park Chapel.
