Things Briefly Told.

  N. S. Lawrence, Esq., father-in-law of Mr. John Lingafelt, of this 
city, died at his residence in Mt. Holly, N.J., Saturday night, aged 76 
years.  He was for many years an extensive dealer in paper and cards in 
Philadelphia, and was highly esteemed by all who knew him.  Mrs. 
Lingafelt left here Saturday, but her father breathed his last before 
she reached his bedside.
