Thomas Joseph Lawton
 
  Thomas Joseph Lawton, 72, who had been prominently connected with the 
Clearfield Bituminous Coal Corporation for some years, passed away 
Friday morning, October 28, 1932, at his home near Tanoma, where he had 
been in residence for three years, moving there from Barnesboro.  Death 
was due to a complication of diseases.  He leaves his widow, Mrs. Minto 
Lawton; a son, Paul J. Lawton of Atlantic City, New Jersey, and a 
daughter, Mrs. Charles (Mintie) Reese of Bald Eagle, Pa.  Funeral 
services will be conducted in his late residence at 1:30 p.m. Monday 
and interment will be made in Barnesboro.
