Lazeration, 92, of Tyrone, died Thursday, March 30, 2006 at 12:05 a.m. at Epworth Manor. She was born April 26, 1912 in Banks Twp., Indiana County, a daughter of Michael and Fannie (Hook) Timchalk. On November 26, 1936 at St. Michael's Orthodox Church, Irvona, she married Charles W. Lazeration. He died November 19, 1996. Surviving is a son Richard W. of Newark, Delaware; two grandchildren, Richard Jr. and Randy Lazeration; two great-grandchildren, Joshua and Noah Lazeration; three sisters, Sue Moore of Marion Center, Nancy Houck of Hastings and Irene Brown of New York and a brother, Andrew Timchalk of Temple Hill, Maryland. She was preceded in death by three sisters, Anne Dolges, Catherine Suriano and Mary Broccidieta and two brothers, John and Michael Timchalk. Mrs. Lazeration was a member of St. Michael's Orthodox Church, Irvona. She was formerly employed at Bon Ton, Altoona and at Lugg and Edmonds Dept. Store, Tyrone and was a 1931 graduate of Glen Campbell High School. Helen enjoyed crocheting and crossword puzzles. Funeral services will be held Monday, April 3, 2006 at 10 a.m. at St. Michael's Orthodox Church, Irvona with Fr. David Lewis officiating. Interment will follow at Blair Memorial Park.
