LEADER.

  Arthur Webster Leader of 2528 Seventh avenue died at his home at 9 
o'clock last evening of apoplexy.  He was born in Hollidaysburg Aug. 
14, 1857, and for many years was employed as a carpenter in the P.R.R. 
shops.  Thirty-five years ago he was united in marriage to Miss Annie 
Johnston of Hollidaysburg, who survives, as do the following children: 
Miss Helen, a Red Cross nurse now in France, Mrs. John Haines, Mrs. O. 
D. Vogel and Miss Ruth of this city, Ralph at home; four brothers and 
one sister also survive: Charles of Pittsburgh, John S., Thomas D., 
foreman of the P.R.R. carpenter shop, Edwin E., and Miss Bessie, all of 
this city.  He was a member of St. Luke's Episcopal church and of the 
P.R.R. relief.  Funeral arrangements will be announced later.

FUNERAL NOTICE

  The funeral of Arthur W. Leader, which will be private, will be held 
from the home, 2528 Seventh avenue, Friday afternoon at 3 o'clock.  
Interment in Rose Hill cemetery.
