MARTIN VAN BUREN LEEPER, 

86, a veteran of the Civil war and retired employe of the Pennsylvania 
railroad, who died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Mary Chatham, 853 
Seventeenth street, will be buried in Oak Ridge cemetery this 
afternoon. Services will be conducted at the Chatham home at 2:30 
o'clock, in charge of the Rev. Charles W. H. Scott.
