LLOYD A. LEIGHTY

Of Newry, died at 4.10 a.m. today after an extended illness. He was 
born at Poplar Run on March 4, 1882, a son of David and Catherine 
(Stiffler) Leighty, and married Mary Holland on April 9, 1919. 
Surviving are his wife, five children, Paul C., Donald and Mrs. Lois 
Toth of Newry, Mrs. Leona DeLeonibus of Germantown, Md., and Mrs. 
Dorothy Sell of Martinsburg; eight grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. 
Ella Weaver of Newry. He was a retired farmer and a member of the Newry 
Lutheran Church. Friends will be received at the Liebegott Funeral 
Home, Duncansville, from 2 to 10 p.m. Sunday.
