Lemon, died at his home in Philadelphia last Friday, aged 70 years. The deceased was a brother of the late Hon. John A. Lemon, of Hollidaysburg, and had quite an extended acquaintance in Cambria county. He was a member of the firm of Lemon & Bailey who operated a steam sawmill in Allegheny township near Cresson about 35 years ago. His father in the days of the turnpike and Portage railroad, kept the Lemon stand at the head of Plane No. 10. He is survived by a wife and one son.
