Leonard died at his home, 609 Ninth street, yesterday evening at 7:20 o'clock, death being caused by nephritis. He was born Oct. 19, 1856, and had been employed by the Pennsy as a yard conductor for a number of years. He was married in 1879 to Laura Cramer, who survives with the following children: Mrs. B. C. Gracey of Pittsburgh, Bertram C. of Greenville, Ohio, Mrs. Daisy Richardson of Lakemont and Mrs. Donald Gearhardt of Altoona. He is also survived by one brother, Samuel of Omaha, Neb., and two sisters, Mrs. Sarah Smith of Utahville and Mrs. Lizzie Loucks of Maytown, Pa. He was a member of the United Brethren church, O.R.C., lodge No. 79, K. of P., and P.R.R. Relief association. The funeral announcement will be made later.
