TYRONE TOPICS.

  After an illness of some three years' duration of pulmonary 
consumption Mrs. Clara Jane, wife of David Leslie, died at her home, on 
Ridge avenue, Tuesday afternoon at 4.30 o'clock, aged 34 years, 1 month 
and 28 days.  Her maiden name was Clara Jane Reed and she was married 
to David Leslie on July 1, 1893.  She is survived by her husband and 
two daughters, Elsie and Maude.  She is also survived by five brothers 
and three sisters, viz: James Reed, Tyrone Forges; John Reed, 
Martinsburg; Alexander Reed, Springfield Mines; Samuel Reed, 
Frankstown; Martin Reed, Williamsburg; Mrs. Martin Corigan, Franklin 
Forge; Mrs. Scott Koon, Clover Creek, and Mrs. George Updyke, Tyrone.  
Funeral services were held yesterday afternoon at the late home of the 
decease, conducted by Rev. W. M. Frysinger, D.D.  Interment in the 
Birmingham cemetery.
