MARY ELLEN LICKEL 

  Mrs. Mary Ellen Lickel, 64, of 416-31st St. died Wednesday morning, 
Dec. 14, 1994, at Conemaugh hospital, Johnstown, as a result of 
injuries suffered in a fall.
  She was born Nov. 18, 1930, in Altoona, the daughter of Earl M. and 
Anne (Harris) Goshorn.  She married George R. Lickel on Oct. 8, 1955, 
in Bellwood.
  Mrs. Lickel was a member of First United Methodist Church, 
Hollidaysburg, and its Believers Sunday School class.  
  She was a graduate of Bellwood-Antis High School and the Altoona 
School of Commerce.  Mrs. Lickel was a member of AARP.
  Surviving are her husband and a sister, Ethel M. Wilson of 
Hollidaysburg.
  Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Jon C. 
Russin Funeral Home, Bellwood.
