All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/pa/blair/ _________________________________________ Hollidaysburg Mrs. Sara Lindsay Mrs. Sara Lindsay, widow of John Lindsay, of Hollidaysburg, died yesterday morning at 2 o'clock of diseases resultant to old age at the home of her son, Mayberry Lindsay, at Lewistown, with whom she had made her home for the past fifteen years. Deceased was born in Hollidaysburg and was aged 85 years. Her husband preceded her to the grave twenty-two years ago. She is survived by four children as follows: Mayberry and Mrs. Ruth Purdue, of Lewistown; Robert, of Midland, near Pittsburg and Rufus Lindsay, of Gaysport. The funeral service will be held today at her late home. The body will arrive here on Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock by trolley, following which interment will be made in the Presbyterian cemetery.
