MRS. ANNIE V. LINGAFELT

Died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. George H. Wright, of 508 
Montgomery street, Hollidaysburg, at 8.50 o'clock Saturday evening 
after an extended illness.  Mrs. Lingafelt was born in Altoona May 4, 
1871, a daughter of Andrew and Mary (Hindman) Vauclain and married 
Frank J. Lingafelt, who died in 1936.  Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. 
Mary Wright; three grandchildren, Frank L. Wright, Mrs. Ann W. Williams 
and Miss Georgia Mary Wright, all of Hollidaysburg; one great-grandson, 
George Wllliams, III, and a sister, Mrs. Virginia Smedley of 
Hicksville, Long Island, N. Y.  She was a member of the Holy Trinity 
Episcopal church of Hollidaysburg, a charter member and past matron of 
the Delphi chapter of the Order of Eastern Star and a member of the 
auxiliary to the B. of L.E. Friends will be received at the Laughlin 
funeral home.
