MRS. ELIZABETH LINGENFELTER.

  Mrs. Elizabeth Lingenfelter, widow of Thomas Lingenfelter, died at 
her home in Duncansville, at 6:30 o'clock yesterday morning, of a 
complication of diseases.  She was aged 86 years.  Mrs. Lingenfelter 
was born in Bedford county and had been a resident of this section all 
her life.  She is survived by the following children: George 
Lingenfelter, of Bedford county; John, of Duncansville; Mrs. Rebecca 
Shaw, at home; Mrs. Bartley Haller, of Mann's Choice; Watson 
Lingenfelter, of Bedford county; Richard, at home; Eli, of East 
Freedom, and Mrs. Albert Gruper, of Cross Keys.  One sister in Ohio 
survives, as well as twenty-eight grandchildren and fifteen great-
grandchildren.  The funeral services will be held in the Duncansville 
Methodist Episcopal church, of which she was a member, tomorrow morning 
at 9:30 o'clock, with services in charge of the Rev. Stevens.  
Interment will be made in the Lutheran cemetery at Newry.
