William Lohmer, formerly a resident of Newburg, but for the past three months employed in the erecting shop of the Baldwin Locomotive works at Philadelphia, was killed while at his work, on Tuesday morning. The body arrived in the city late last evening, accompanied by Michael Lohmer, a brother of the deceased, who resides in this city. The remains were received by Funeral Director N. A. Stevens. Although the funeral arrangements had not been completed last evening, the funeral will likely be held tomorrow morning, with requiem mass at St. Mary's German Catholic church, of which he was a member. Besides his parents, who reside at Newburg, and brother Michael, the deceased is survived by two brothers, George and John, both residing in this city.
