Long died on Tuesday morning at 12:12 o'clock at his home in the Goodfellow apartments in Hollidaysburg. He was a son of Mr. and Mrs. Daniel R. Long, sr., deceased, and was born at Downingsville, Md., March 9, 1886, being 32 years. He formerly resided in Claysburg, only residing in Hollidaysburg a short time. He was a machinist by occupation, and was employed by the Pennsylvania Railroad company in the East Hollidaysburg shops. He is survived by his wife: also by a brother, Norval C. Long of Pittsburgh. He was a member of the Brotherhood and relief of the Pennsy. The funeral will be held on Friday morning at 10 o'clock after which the body will be taken to Roaring Spring where interment will be made in Greenlawn cemetery.
