V., were brought home for interment. He died of wounds received at the battle of Antietam, at the General Hospital, Frederick city, Md., on the 5th of February last. His remains were interred in the Dunkard graveyard, Allegheny township, on Friday. He was a gallant soldier, and leaves a wife and two children to mourn his loss.
