LOUDON Mrs. Loudon, 87, a guest of the Allegheny Lutheran Home, Hollidaysburg, formerly of 3721 6th Ave., died at 2 p.m. Monday, Feb. 29, 1988, at the home, following an extended illness. Mrs. Loudon was a former elementary school teacher for the Blair Township School District. She was born June 5, 1900, in Loop Station, the daughter of Oliver W. and Margaret (Hannah) Shaw, and married Dr. Edward W. Loudon, who died in 1964. Surviving are a daughter, Beverlee H. Treese of Altoona, and two grandchildren. Mrs. Loudon was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church, Hollidaysburg. She was a graduate of the Martinsburg Normal School. Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Plank & Stitt Funeral Home, Hollidaysburg. LOUDON - Services for LaRue S. Loudon, formerly of 3721 6th Ave., will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Plank & Stitt Funeral Home Inc., Hollidaysburg, by the Rev. Carol Custead. Interment at Alto-Reste Park.
