CLARA MAGDALENE MARTIN Of 519 Crawford avenue, died at her home yesterday afternoon after having been ill since Saturday. She was born in Huntingdon on Aug. 22, 1879, a daughter of Cyrus and Rebecca Jane (McConnell) Lowe, and was the youngest of a family of fifteen children, only three of whom now survive. Surviving are her husband, Joseph S. Martin; five sons and daughters, Joseph and Mrs. Edward Eger, both of the city, Mary Grace, Richard and John, all at home; two brothers and one sister, William J. Lowe of Cincinnati, O., John Lowe of Altoona and Mrs. Andrew W. Moffitt of Juniata. She was a member of St. Mark's Catholic church. Mrs. Martin reposes at the family home. MARTIN - The funeral of Mrs. Clara Magdalene Martin of 519 Crawford avenue will be held from the St. Mark's church at 9 o'clock Thursday morning. Interment will follow in Calvary cemetery. The body reposes in the family home.
