HOLLIDAYSBURG HAPPENINGS.

  Mrs. Porter W. Lowry died yesterday morning at Butler, Pa.  The 
deceased was a daughter of Hon. Aaron L. Hazen, president judge of the 
courts of Butler county, and also a daughter-in-law of Mr. Alexander 
Lawry, well known in this place and formerly the landlord of our 
American house.  Her funeral will take place on Monday at New Castle, 
Pa.
