Bell Ave., died at 5:25 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 22, 1981, in Hillview Convalescent Center, following an extended illness. She was born Aug. 30, 1890, in Ripacandida, Italy, the daughter of Nick and Marie Crescenza (Nole) Rubine, and married Michael Luciano, who died Jan. 8, 1964. Surviving are six children: John, Theodore and Mrs. Mary Richardella of Altoona; Nick of York, Mrs. Grace Hardt of Irwin and Mrs. Pauline Scalia of Bald Eagle; 13 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren. Also surviving are five brothers and sisters: Mike, Al and Mrs. Millie Haddock of Altoona, Mrs. Annie Montaruli of Auburn Heights, Mich., and Mrs. Lucy Buchanan of Boothyn. Mrs. Luciano was a member of the Pleasant Valley Assembly of God Church and the ladies Sunday school class. Friends will be received from 2 to 9 p.m. Saturday in the Mauk & Yates Funeral Home, Juniata, and from 12:30 to 2 p.m. Sunday in the Pleasant Valley Assembly of God Church. LUCIANO - Services for Rosie Luciano, formerly of 606 E. Bell Ave., will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday in the Pleasant Valley Assembly of God Church, by the Rev. Robert Hafner. Interment in Rose Hill Cemetery. Friends will be received from 2 to 9 p.m. Saturday in the Mauk & Yates Funeral Home Inc., Juniata, and from 12:30 p.m. until time of services Sunday in the church.
