Lust, residing on the Brush Mountain farm of Jos. Kemo, Esq., fell off a hickory nut tree on Friday last, and was so seriously injured about the head that his life is despaired of. Medical assistance was immediately called in, but he still lay in an unconscious state on Sunday, with little or no hopes of his recovery.
